Join Grounded Running and the Beaufort Track Club for a Talk Like A Pirate group run on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM, hosted at Shellring Ale Works! Lace up for a few miles, then stick around to enjoy dinner and a few pints with friends. Dress in your best Pirate gear… eye patches, head scarf etc! Best dressed will receive a special treat from Grounded Running.
