The Swing Bridge Run will be on Saturday, November 1st, 2025. Join Holy Trinity Classical Christian School in cooperation with the City of Beaufort for a 5K Run and All Ages Bridge Walk through historic downtown Beaufort and across the Woods bridge on a USATF certified 5k course. The Swing Bridge Run is the 2nd race of the Beaufort Triple Crown Race Series. This includes the Run Forrest Run(Oct.4), Swing Bridge Run (Nov. 1) and Turkey Trot (Nov. 27). Register for the 2025 Beaufort Triple Crown Bundle (on this website) to support three local nonprofits - Beaufort Digital Corridor, Holy Trinity Classical Christian School, and Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry. Support our event by registering as a walker. Registered Walkers will not be timed and will turn around at the end of the bridge before Meridian Road. Here's what you need to know about the Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry TURKEY TROT 5K Presented by Grayco Hardware & Home: Where: Downtown Beaufort at Bay & Newcastle streets (in front of the Best Western).  Course:  The race start/finish line is on Bay Street in-between the Marina and Best Western at Freedom Mall.  Run down Bay Street and across Woods Memorial Bridge to Lady's Island.  Turn Right at Meridian Rd and run down to Youmans Drive and double back the same route to Freedom Mall.  When: Starting at 8am on Thursday November 27, 2025   Packet Pick Up: Race T-shirts and bibs will ready for pick up at Grounded Running, 2139 Boundary Street, Ste 108, Beaufort, SC 29902 on Wednesday, November 26th from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Please note that T-shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after 11/1/2025.    Race Day Registration/Packet Pick Up: For runners who have not pre-registered, registration will be available on the day of the race from 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. for $50.00.  Pre-registered runners may also pick up their packets at this time if they have not already done so. Registration /Packet Pick Up will close promptly at 7:45 am to ensure the race begins on-time.     Age Categories:  under 12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Medals & Trophies: Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female in each age division. There will be trophies for the top three male and female finishers overall. Awards are for in-person participants only and we will start the awards presentations PROMPTLY at 8:45am.   Pets & Strollers: Event is dog and stroller friendly.  Flexi-type leashes will not be allowed at the event.  Please have pets on a standard 4-6ft lead.  Parking:  The closest address reference point for your GPS is the downtown marina parking lot across from 1015 Bay St, Beaufort, SC 29902.
